As the school year comes to a close students will begin preparing their Salutatorian and Valedictorian speeches. Great effort has been made by these students to excel and their achievements will be celebrated as they lead their respective classes in graduation ceremonies across the country. Many will attribute their success to parents, teachers, mentors and other inspirational people in their life. However, one of those inspirations that many see as their primary source for success will sadly be left out of the celebration as the government has begun to refuse the right of students to recognize a source for their success outside of the school or the administration. God will not be allowed in many of these celebrations. The Creator of Heaven and Earth to whom many of these high achievers credit their success will be forbidden to be talked about or offered any form of thanks. Some however will brave the tempest and fight back. They will refuse to bow to the secular humanist prodding’s of the establishment progressive regime and will instead choose to give honor where honor is due. On Chosen Generation Pastor Greg was joined by Jeremy Dys, Senior Counsel for Liberty Institute, discusses the rights of students to share their belief that God has given them these gifts and to give Him thanks for their success. He discusses the dangers associated with the attempts by schools and others to be the thought police and how our rights are being restricted. This part begins at 26:00.
