Bloomberg is reporting that, “Mexican diplomats are mobilizing for the first time to assist immigrants in gaining U.S. citizenship, hosting free workshops on naturalization.” This move is rather unprecedented in the open efforts of Mexico to influence our election. However, is the left once again hijacking the conservative movement? Remember that it was the conservatives and the TEA party that changed the political landscape in 2009 and ushered in a revolution of sorts in the 2010 and 2014 mid term elections. In response the left began their “Occupy” movement which took off here in 2011 but had its genesis at UC Berkley in 2009 as well. Many uniformed were led to believe that the activities of the TEA party some how aligned with the Occupy movement as the media did its best to smear conservatives. Flash forward to our current attack on conservative values and you will see a parallel. The media has allowed the Trump movement to lump conservatives into this sea of GOP establishment, #nevertrump, #stoptrump, and leftist protestors. In this mornings episode my friend Megan Barth and I discuss the fiery temperature of this years campaign proving once again that you can have differing opinions and still have a great conversation. One thing is for sure we are both committed to fighting for freedom, liberty and the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Check out the conversation here.
